Seller policy

Anyone selling new and genuine products is welcome. To start selling, you need to do the following:

GSTIN

PAN Card (Individual PAN for business type as “proprietorship” and “Company” as individual + Business PAN for business type)

GSTIN / TIN Number (not mandatory for some categories)

Bank account and KYC supporting documents (address proof, and canceled check)

Minimum 1 unique product to sell

To sell on gupta-daughters.com:

  1. Register yourself with the vendors of Gupta-Daughters.com

  2. List your products under specific product categories.

  3. Once an order is received, pack the product and mark it as ‘Ready to Dispatch’. Our logistics partner will pick up the product and deliver it to the customer.

  4. Once an order has been successfully sent, we will settle your payment within 5-21 business days depending on your vendor tier.

  5. The Payment deadline for Vendors will be 1 to 3 days occurs only after when product is received by purchaser & Refund/Exchange claim will not be put by purchaser. The deadline for customers will be only 24 Hours after Receiving the Product for Refund/Exchange. In case of COD Payment to Vendors will took place only after When we will Receive the Amount which may occurs 21-25 Business Days.

Currently, you can only sell products and not services on Gupta-Daughters.com. All you have to do is pack the product and keep it ready for dispatch. Our logistics partner will take the product from you and deliver it to the customer. As a seller, you will determine the price of your products.

The list of products on gupta-dotters.com is absolutely free. Gupta-daughters.com does not charge anything to list your list online. You only pay a small commission for what you sell. Our logistics partner will take the product from you and deliver it to the customer. All you have to do is pack it and keep it ready for dispatch. Payment will be made directly to your bank account through NEFT transactions. Gupta-daughters.com will settle your payments within 5-21 business days depending on your vendor tier. After verification of all the required documents and your vendor profile is complete, you can start listing and selling your products. You must have a minimum of 1 listing (unique product) to start selling on Gupta-Daughters.com.

The following deductions are made from the order item price:

  • Commission fee: one percent of the order item price varies based on vertical / sub-category

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on (product weight, shipping location and)

  • Collection fee: This order will vary depending on the item price and customer payment mode (prepaid / cash on delivery).

  • Fixed Charge: A slab wise fixed fee. This order varies by item price

GST (applicable to all the above components)

The commission fee is a fixed percentage of the order item price of your product. It varies in categories and vertical / sub-categories. Listing a product refers to filling in all the necessary information and adding images of the product so that the customer can make an informed purchasing decision. We give you a step-by-step process of listing your products on our website. It is important to choose the most appropriate category to list your product as it will help customers find your products faster. Depending on the category you choose, you will be asked to include product details such as size, model, color, etc. Yes, we are happy to help you at every stage while doing business with you. We help you connect with industry experts to develop your list. With the help of our catalog partners across India, you can develop attractive images and crisp materials at unbeatable prices. Our catalog partners develop high quality photographs of your products and crisp product descriptions for your product catalog. A good catalog gives your customers a better understanding of your products and helps to boost your sales. Through our vendor dashboard, we make it really easy to manage your orders. Whenever a customer places an order, we send you an email alert. You need to pack the order and keep it ready to ship within the time frame provided by you and notify us via the vendor portal. This will alert our logistics partner to take the product from you. We do not have a network of packaging materials. We cannot connect you with them to obtain good quality packaging materials that impress customers and ensure that your products remain unused. Depending on the case and category, you will be given a refund, provided you have sufficient proof that you sent an authentic / unpublished product. This will help us to turn the dispute in our favor. When your products are damaged in an infection, you cannot claim.

” Compliance with Laws”

All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Buyers and Sellers alone. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services and after sales services related to products and services. Gupta-Daughters.com does not have any control or does not determine or advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms between the Buyers and Sellers. All discounts, offers (including exchange offers) are by the Seller/Brand and not by Gupta-daughters.com.

Gupta-Daughters.com reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions or Transaction Price which Gupta-Daughters.com may receive from on an individual Valid Credit/Debit/ Cash Card / Valid Bank Account/ and such other infrastructure or any other financial instrument directly or indirectly through payment aggregator or through any such facility authorized by Reserve Bank of India to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment or by an individual Buyer during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions exceeding such limit.

As required by applicable law, if the Customer makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 2 00 000.00, Per Transaction, the Customer will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Customer will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Customer, it need not be submitted again. The order of the Customer shall stand cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Customer and the name on the PAN Card.

Buyer and Seller shall comply with all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made and notifications issued there under and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made there under, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under, Export Import Policy of government of India) applicable to them respectively for using Payment Facility and Gupta-Daughters.com Platform.
