How can I track my order?

Whenever an order you placed through ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details. It will be sent to the email address registered with your Account, or used during the checkout process.
What shipping speeds are offered?
Our Agreement’s  Shipping Agency may have up to 5 shipping speeds and all available shipping speeds will show during checkout. 
The speeds that show are dependent on those made available by Our Agreement’s  Shipping Agency.  
·         Standard –  Should arrive 3 to 10 business days after shipment
·         Expedited – Should arrive 3 to 6 business days after shipment
·         Second Day –  Should arrive 2 business days after shipment
·         Next Day – Should arrive by the end of business the day after shipment
·         Pick up – Pick up at our Vendors facility.

How much do We charge for shipping and handling?
You could easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charges would be by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code.
My package has been shipped but they have not delivered it yet. Why?
Please contact the shipper to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper. would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.
What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by the shipper, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a no grace period to file the damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and then if they refuse do not Receive the package for claiming the damage.
Obtain a control number from the shipper and contact us at If the item appears to be damaged straight from the Vendor, immediately contact us.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our Shipping Agency/Vendors .

Free shipping and returns are not available for shipped orders. We will email you if your order will be delayed. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us. ships with Indian Postal Services Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.
You must accept your order Monday through Saturdays in order for you to receive your order by the 2nd business day or next business day (PM). There are no deliveries on Sundays, or on national and federal holidays.
