Returns are a scheme provided directly by the respective vendors under this policy, under which you are offered the option of exchange, replacement and / or return by the respective vendors. Not all products listed under a particular category may have the same return policy. For all products, the return / replacement policy provided on the product page will depend on the general return policy. For any exceptions to this return policy and the table below, see the applicable return / replacement policy of the respective item on the product page

If a defect is determined within the return window, replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If a defect is not confirmed or the problem is not diagnosed within 1 day of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve all subsequent issues.

For products requiring installation, returns will only be eligible if such products are installed by authorized personnel of the brand.

This policy will apply to the selective (geographic coverage, product, customer and time period).

Try and buy benefits will only apply if the product was on try and buy. Orders will apply to the general category policy. In any case, only one replacement will be provided.

No Return Category Some products in the above categories are not refundable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the product page will prevail.

Part 2 – Returns pick-up and processing

In the case of returns, where you want the item to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed when the pickup service is available at the new address

During pick-up, your product will be tested for the following conditions:

Category terms

The correct product must match the IMEI / name / image / brand / serial number / article number / bar code and the MRP tag must be undefined and clearly visible.

Complete product all-in-the-box accessories (such as remote control, starter kit, instruction manual, charger, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) must be present.

Unused Products The product should be unused, unsold, unsold, with no stains, untouched and untouched with a quality check / return tag / warranty seal (wherever applicable). Before returning the mobile / laptop / tablet, the device must be formatted and the screen lock (PIN, pattern or fingerprint) must be disabled. ICloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

Unrefined product

The original packaging / box of the undamaged packaging product must be undamaged.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the field executive will refuse to accept the return.

For any product for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed after the seller has received the product back.

Part 3 – General Rules for a Successful Return

  1. You will need to make a non-editable video from the moment you open / rinse your product and you get any incorrect information in your product.
  2. In some cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason, a refund will be given.
  3. During open box delivery, when accepting your order, if you received a different or damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refund for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you accept an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific substitution / return normalcy condition will apply.
  4. For products where installation is provided by service partners, do not automatically open the product packaging. Authorized personnel will assist in boxing and installation of the product.
  5. For furniture, any product related issues will be examined by an authorized service personnel (free of charge) and an attempt will be made to resolve the defective / defective part of the product by replacing it. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where service personnel are of the opinion that replacing the defective / defective part will not solve the problem.

Wrong delivery – (customer received delivery message, product not delivered):

‘If the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email / SMS, report the problem to the seller within 7 days from the date of confirmation of delivery for investigation.’

Cancellations and Returns

In most places, the replacement item is given to you at the time of pick-up. In all other fields, replacement is initiated after the originally delivered object is picked up. Please check the SMS and email you sent for more details.

For refund purpose, you can request to return your items with these simple steps:

Once you make a request, you will receive an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Depending on the item, your request may be approved automatically or you may be contacted for further details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will receive a replacement or refund. .

 No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller’s return policy.

All freebies must be returned with the product.

You can contact the brand or an authorized service center of the brand to claim a warranty for your product (wherever applicable) if you have a problem with your product after the return period.

Sellers cannot accept returns of items in the following cases:

  1. When an object is damaged due to use or when it is not in the same condition as when you received it
  2. When a consumable item is used or installed
  3. When you are missing anything from the package including the price tag, label, original packing, freebies and accessories
  4. When non-returnable items such as innerwear are included. Lingerie etc.
  5. When items are tampered with or missing serial numbers

When you ordered an incorrect item, the seller’s return policies do not support the return of an incorrectly ordered item. You can refer to the respective seller’s return policy on the product page.

When you open the package or tamper with delivery, please do not accept such delivery.

You can find out the changes to take the item. If the PIN code of the new address is useful for pick-up, the address can be changed when making a return. The address cannot be changed if the new address is not serviceable.

Once your return or replacement or exchange request is accepted, pickup of the originally delivered product will be scheduled. An SMS with more details will be sent to you on the day of pickup.

In cases where pickup service is not available from courier service providers at your location, you may be asked to return the item to the seller that will be returned to you within 5 days of the corresponding email being sent to you.

You will also receive an email and SMS with your return details.

If you have received a mail confirming our refund request, it means that the refund has been initiated. You can contact the ARN with your bank for updates on the status of your refund.

In the rare event that the deposit has not been submitted by the given date, you can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it.

The refund deadline will depend on the payment mode listed below.

For orders using ‘cash on delivery’ as a payment mode, refunds can be processed to your bank account through the Immediate Payment Service (IMPS). You can update the bank account details where you want to get a refund when creating a return request for an item.

In order for the seller to process the refund to your account, you will need to update the following information:

IMPS refunds will usually be processed by vendors within 20 business days.
